This is important to make sure that your employees (the candidates) are free and clean. They should be free from the criminal reports. That would be important for us to get the perfect employees. Of course, we don’t want any kinds of employees that have ever had some criminal records. Of course people can change, but certainly we would prefer to minimize any risk, wouldn’t we?
